The People & Culture Partner plays a key role in driving people strategies and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, support talent initiatives, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business needs while promoting employee engagement and compliance with company policies.
Make an Impact by
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and deliver HR solutions that support business goals
- Support talent acquisition activities by working with hiring managers on workforce planning, job requirements, and recruitment strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness through training, coaching, and development initiatives
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to ensure compliance
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and drive innovation
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering
- Strong HR partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in implementing HR strategies and managing complex business or people-related issues
- Solid understanding of HR generalist functions across diverse business environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time, cost, and task management capabilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think conceptually and drive innovative solutions
- Good knowledge of labour laws and local HR practices
Good to Have
- Experience supporting large or complex workforce environments
- Exposure to organizational development and change management initiatives
- Experience in talent management and employee engagement programs
