We are seeking an experienced and innovative People Analytics Manager with a passion for data-driven storytelling. In this role, you will transform people data into compelling narratives that inform strategic HR decisions, improve workforce performance, and enhance employee experience. Your ability to combine advanced analytics with storytelling will play a key role in driving actionable insights and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex people data into clear, engaging, and actionable stories that resonate with HR leaders, managers, and other stakeholders. Use visualizations and narratives to highlight key trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a people analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on employee engagement, retention, performance, and workforce planning.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of employee data from various sources (e.g., surveys, performance reviews, HRIS) to uncover meaningful trends.
  • Dashboard & Report Creation: Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate people insights and KPIs to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, business leaders, and data science teams to understand their challenges and provide data-driven recommendations through storytelling.
  • Predictive Analytics: Use predictive modeling and advanced statistical techniques to forecast trends in workforce dynamics and proactively address issues like turnover, productivity, and engagement.
  • Insights to Action: Provide actionable insights that lead to tangible outcomes, influencing strategic HR initiatives like talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in line with company policies and data protection regulations.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • IHRP Certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in people analytics, data science, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into easily understood narratives.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics and experience in leveraging data to solve HR challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Experience working with diverse data sets (survey data, performance metrics, employee lifecycle data).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global or fast-growing company.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and AI-driven tools for HR analytics.
  • Understanding of workforce planning and organizational development concepts.
