People Experience Executive (12 months temp assignment)

The People Experience Executive supports initiatives that shape how employees experience Singtel. This role is well-suited for an early-career professional and offers hands-on exposure to employee listening, people analytics, employer branding, and community building.

 

Working closely with the People Experience team, the Executive will support programmes that strengthen Singtel’s culture, employer brand, and overall employee experience, while learning from experienced practitioners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Brand Advocacy & Community Support

Support the day-to-day coordination of employee and alumni advocacy communities to amplify Singtel’s culture and employer brand.

 

Singtel Champs:

  • Support the coordination of community activities and engagement initiatives
  • Assist with content planning and communications to encourage authentic employee advocacy on LinkedIn
  • Track participation and engagement metrics

 

BIG Alumni Network:

  • Assist in organising alumni events and networking activities
  • Support communications and engagement across alumni platforms
  • Help compile basic engagement reports and insights

 

Employee Listening & Insights Support

  • Support the execution of mid-year Pulse Surveys, including survey communications, deployment, and basic data preparation
  • Assist in creating dashboards, charts, and summaries for employee feedback
  • Help prepare materials for action-planning workshops and leadership presentations
  • Provide coordination and logistical support for focus groups and listening sessions

 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Communication & Storytelling: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with interest in employer branding and internal communications.
  • Data Curiosity & Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with basic data and tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and curious about turning feedback into insights.
  • Organisation & Project Support: Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple activities and timelines effectively.
  • Digital & Social Awareness: Familiar with LinkedIn and digital platforms, with interest in employee advocacy in a professional setting.

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • University degree in any discipline; backgrounds in HR, Communications, Business, or related fields are a plus
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • People-centric, with a genuine interest in employee experience, culture, or HR
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn with guidance
  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information
