  • To drive new subscriber growth through paid media channels.
  • To work with media agencies to set the yearly media strategy for various ‘always on’ campaigns.
  • Setting monthly & yearly KPIs for media agencies to achieve.
  • Review of campaign performance reports regularly with team members on budgets and recommend optimisations to the digital campaign.
  • Review of campaign performance against business targets regularly to ensure that the campaign is on track to achieve the business targets.
  • Understanding of a full marketing funnel to review campaign effectiveness across omnichannel.
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
  • Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
  • Work closely with various business functions to analyse paid media performance, internal sales data and interpret trends to identify opportunities for the business.
  • To translate business objectives to paid media KPI that is executable and achievable in digital marketing.
  • To keep abreast of digital marketing trends, attribution models and implement tools to track the effectiveness of our direct / digital marketing campaigns. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience) with 5 years in performance-based marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance-based marketing
  • Detailed understanding/knowledge of paid media advertising
  • Ability to effectively manage media agencies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources
  • Attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere in a multiple stakeholder environment.
  • The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
  • An energetic and willing attitude
  • Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships internally.
