Key Responsibilities:

SAP SD Process:

ØAnalyse, design, and implement SAP SD solutions for various business processes, including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management.
ØConfigure and customize the SAP SD module to meet specific client requirements.
ØManage SD-related integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI  and WM.
ØDevelop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, business process flows, and configuration guides.
ØProvide support for SD-related issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
ØProvide day-to-day support for SAP SD and CS modules, resolving issues related to order processing, billing, pricing, and service management.
ØPerform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
ØStay current with SAP updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
ØWork closely with business users to gather feedback and implement changes that enhance the user experience and business outcomes.
ØMonitor and resolve system incidents, ensuring no disruption to business operations.
ØMonitor and troubleshoot EDI/IDoc processes, resolving issues related to data mapping, transmission errors, and IDoc processing failures.
ØDevelop and maintain EDI/IDoc documentation, including functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.

SAP CS Process:

ØUtilize expertise in the CS module to implement and manage service-related processes such as service order management, warranties, and repair processing.
ØEnsure effective integration between SAP SD and CS modules for end-to-end service delivery.
ØCustomize the SAP CS module to cater to client-specific service management requirements.
ØSupport service management processes, including equipment master data, service contracts, and maintenance planning.
ØProvide post-implementation support and optimization of the SAP CS module.
ØProvide support for CS-related issues and enhancements, ensuring that service management processes are efficient and effective.
