Work Experience

  • Minimum 6-7 year’ relevant experience in Command Centre operations (Monitoring and MIM)
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as 24x7 shift operations team manager
  • Hands-on experience in applications management or infrastructure operations support
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in 24x7 E2E monitoring of applications and infrastructure
  • Must be willing to work on rotating shifts
  • Telco industry knowledge
  • Work experience in large enterprise with ITSM processes
  • Experience working and collaborating with virtual teams

Technical / Professional Skills

Please provide at least 3

  1. Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Nagios)
  2. In-depth knowledge on IT service management framework and processes
  3. ITIL V3 foundation certificate
  4. Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  1. ITIL intermediate certificate
  2. Technical certifications
