Good understanding of the business for where the infrastructure platforms are been deployed |
Experience in dealing with vendors on technology and services |
Good knowledge of IT governance and operations |
Understanding of financial modelling and budget planning processes related to platform hardware, software and services |
Understanding of project and program management planning and methodologies |
Experience in managing technical teams |
Experience in building Infrastructure Business cases which may or may not have positive cash return |
Experience in creating Statements of Work and other contractual documents for delivery of Infrastructure Technologies and associated services |
Behavioural (e.g. negotiation skills, presentation skills) |
Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand |
