Make an Impact by

• Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
• Support BD Managers for new leads on sales preaching.
• Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
• Co-ordinate customers with wholesale roaming platform vendor, IT & Network teams on customer onboarding, plan creation, platform & network changes.
• Provide after sales technical support. Understand customers’ needs and pain points to address the queries and provide suggestions or solutions.
• Handling customer complaints on technical aspects and perform high level troubleshooting before escalating to network operations.
• Liaising with network on the license and platform expansion with the BD forecast.
• Assess network and supporting platform CRs.
• Plan and support new Platform deployment & migration.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong in Interpersonal Skills
