Job responsibilities:

• Manage team of PM/Engineer to design and implement Service Management Tools, Monitoring and Automation Products.
• Must be familiar with the latest technologies and explore new tools for the business
• Manage  a team of PM and Engineers in implementation of Service Management, monitoring and automation tools
• Manage team development and growth
• Review solutions and costing during presales stage for service mgt and Monitoring products;
• Manage projects and financials
• Able to develop and attract new talents, develop best practices of the tools used
   

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Min 18 years’ experience with substantial project work in software development
• Experience in managing a team of 20 people
• Has PMP certification and able to guide PM in planning and deployment
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems or equivalent
• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high quality standards
• Experience in tools deployment and able to review costing and design during presales stage
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to think out of the box
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy
• Customer focused
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to travel as required
