Design, improve, and automate operational processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, compliance, and customer experience. Support business operations by translating operational needs into practical process improvements, digital workflows, and data-driven solutions, while ensuring processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives, governance, and standards.

 

Change Management & Governance Support

  • Support the end-to-end Change Management process by coordinating, tracking, and validating change requests impacting Enterprise customers.
  • Perform governance pre-checks to ensure change requests comply with change guidelines, controls, and approval requirements.
  • Support CAB meetings by preparing materials, validating data, tracking actions, and following up on decisions.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance to change processes and highlighting risks, gaps, or non-compliances.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Change Management tools and trackers.

 

Process Improvement & Optimisation

  • Analyse operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement to-be processes that improve productivity, turnaround time, and service quality.
  • Standardise processes to ensure consistency, repeatability, and SLA adherence.
  • Support service improvement initiatives with process analysis and operational inputs.

 

Automation & Digital Enablement

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel (Power Query, macros, VBA), and SQL-based queries.
  • Automate reporting, approvals, tracking, and notifications to reduce manual dependency and errors.
  • Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, auditable, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Support user testing, data validation, rollout, and post-implementation support.

 

Skills for Succcess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
  • At least 3–6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, change management support, or compliance-related roles within a structured or regulated environment
  • Data & Automation Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query) and workflow automation concepts
  • Process & Governance Application: Working knowledge of process mapping, SOP documentation, RACI, controls, and governance requirements
  • Reporting & Analysis: Ability to design operational reports, dashboards, and trackers, including data extraction and validation

 

Good to have 

  1. Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Lean / Six Sigma (Yellow Belt)
  2. Experience supporting Change Management (CAB, CR, governance), or enterprise operations
  3. Experience with Power Apps, VBA/macros, Power Query, and Power BI.
  4. Experience using SharePoint for document management, version control, metadata, and access control to ensure data governance and confidentiality.
  5. Exposure to basic project management activities, including task coordination, tracking, and supporting project delivery.
  6. Experience facilitating discussions or workshops to clarify requirements or drive alignment.
