What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of

Lead consumer portfolio process redesign initiatives to improve customer experience and process performance.

Deliver complex, cross‑functional projects from opportunity identification and analysis through solution design, approval, and implementation.

Manage project stakeholders.

Perform process performance analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Provide expert advice on product and process build initiatives.

Collaborate with the Process Centre of Excellence team to strengthen Optus processes.
What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?

Project management experience.
-
BPMN knowledge and familiarity using Signavio.
-
Lean Six Sigma experience.
-
Proven experience in successfully delivering projects that improve Customer and Employee Experience.

Outstanding leadership and great stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to tailor communication styles to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
-
Familiarity with telecommunications products.

Relevant undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
