The Process and Automation Specialist plays a vital role in driving organisational growth, enhancing competitiveness, and improving efficiency by strategically leveraging digital technologies and innovative practices. In this role, you will be dedicated to identifying and automating manual processes within Customer Success, thereby significantly boosting operational efficiency. Additionally, you will actively explore and identify new opportunities across the organisation where technology and process improvements can deliver substantial value and a competitive edge.

  • Drive Organizational Innovation: Lead the identification and exploration of new opportunities across stakeholders, technologies, and processes that can bring significant value and a competitive advantage at the organizational level.
  • Optimize Internal Operations: Focus on enhancing internal operations by automating repetitive tasks, improving data analytics capabilities, and implementing efficient communication and collaboration tools. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, developing tailored solutions. Maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay updated on the latest innovations.
  • Cultivate a Culture of Innovation: Promote a culture of creativity, risk-taking, and collaboration across departments, fostering an environment conducive to continuous improvement and breakthrough ideas.
  • Project Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress, including the quantifiable hours saved through implemented solutions.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Engage in rapid prototyping and testing of new ideas or solutions, using an iterative process to refine concepts before full-scale implementation.

 

Skills for Success

  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in roles such as Sales/Care Operations Support Executive, with a strong understanding of Sales and/or Care operations tools and systems.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and practices.
  • Knowledge of design thinking processes for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to Perform in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Proven track record of initiating and leading change and improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
