Helpdesk Executive

The Procurement Helpdesk Executive is primarily responsible for: 1) attending to user enquiries pertaining to Singtel Procurement policy, processes and systems, being the first line of response/interfacing for procurement system issues flagged by users, 2) supporting user maintenance requirements in the front-end system environment, and 3) supporting due diligence processes pertaining to vendor master requests, e.g. a call validation is required to be conducted with suppliers for audit purposes, checking supplier submitted documentation, etc. 

Jobscope: 

 

  • Guide business users on procurement policy and practices, processes and systems usage
  • Review and analysis of user requirements.  Determine best advice for user regarding procurement process to meet the user’s needs
  • Maintain productive working relationships with key/recurring users
  • Participate in system-related continuous improvement projects  
  • Conduct validation calls with suppliers for internal compliance requirements
  • Conduct survey and interview with internal users for feedback on Procurement sourcing function

 

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following: 

  • Diploma holder in a Technology field of study 
  • Candidates without experience may apply 
  • Broad understanding of general procure to pay process
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work independently.
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building experience
  • Working knowledge of Ariba and SAP procurement, vendor master and material master modules preferred
