Make an Impact by

 

  • To assist Vendor Manager in timely planning, preparation, execution and management of tenders to support operation and project needs in both OPEX and CAPEX (involving builders and MEP works).
  • To assist in managing project procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis (Price Comparison), selection, management approval paper and contract preparation are performed effectively
  • To assist in preparation of tender documentation and administration.
  • Perform cost benchmarking, life cycle costing and/or total cost of ownership computation.
  • Responsible for contract documentation and administration (including to obtain Performance Bonds, Bankers Guarantees and any other forms of insurances).
  • To assist in proper management of post-contract cost variances and change control processes
  • To assist in liaising with the service users to resolve any commercial, change orders, cost variation and contract issues
  • To assist Vendor Manager in the end-to-end procurement process

Skills for Success

 

  • Nitec/Diploma holder
  • Tender document preparation and execution
  • Request for Quotation and quotation analysis
  • Technical knowledge and experience in procurement or Quantity Surveying duties
  • Contracting and contract management
  • Cost Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Able to work independently, proactively and is self-motivated
