Product Engineering Manager

We are currently seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead Fixed and Mobile product development.

What You’ll Do 

• Own and manage a key Fixed/Mobile product suite across all CFUs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Network teams to finalise the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and product development pipeline.
• Provide expert consultancy on product feasibility, technical invention, and integration strategies.
• Lead product integration activities, define operational strategies, and negotiate efficient delivery timelines.
• Drive product performance reviews, health metrics, and remediation strategies.
• Champion innovation by identifying new technologies and growth opportunities.
• Align plans for older products with business and network priorities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in telecommunications with a strong blend of engineering, product, and commercial experience.
• Deep technical knowledge in Data, Transmission, IP, and Voice; SDN/NFV experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated capability to lead intricate projects independently and influence senior collaborators.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and argument development skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, risk assessment, and change management.
