Make an Impact by

• Develop product strategies and manage product life cycle for data centre services.
• Conceive and drive regional data centre development and alliance partnership in key markets.
• Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and support business cases and budgets.
• Develop and review product features, schemes, processes and policies.
• Drive market share and revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Identify and develop differentiated products through understanding and analysing market dynamics, technological advancements and customer’s business challenges.
• Monitor and benchmark against competitors’ product offerings to improve product features, pricing and processes to ensure market competitiveness.
• Review and optimise the cost of products supported through technology improvement, process improvement, and cost control measures.
• Provide business and financial analysis to support new products and customization of existing product to meet specific customer needs.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, systems and processes are developed to increase internal efficiencies and enhancing satisfactory customer experience.

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5 years of relevant working experience
• CDCP/CDCS
• ITIL
