As a Product Manager for 5G, you will be responsible for 5G MEC B2B product management supporting 5G Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) and IaaS business. Key responsibilities include the enabling the building of processes for Day 0, Day 1 and Day 2 which encompasses the entire lifecycle of building, managing, and supporting the 5G MEC product portfolio.

This role will be seen as an enabling role helping the rest of the product team to translate business requirements to actual products that are integrated into Singtel’s existing systems and processes. This means working with internal stakeholders including IT to support on-boarding of 5G products into Singtel existing systems and processes, manage Singtel 5G feature roadmap, and on-boarding newly developed products into Singtel’s existing IT/Billing systems and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enable and support Singtel 5G MEC/IaaS business by being the 5G SPOC to IT, ensuring products are integrated into existing processes; work with 5G product engineering team and network team to ensure roadmap and deployment timelines are adhered to.

Define product constructure including pricing, commercial and legal service terms for IaaS/MEC service offering.

Define product enabling strategy and roadmap. Gather requirements from customers, sales and internal teams to prioritize of product/feature investments.

Track costing/spending and managing project profitability associated with new products/features.

Develop business case and justification to support 5G roadmap and features, and support new product integration into Singtel’s infrastructure.

Support the establishment day 0 process and structure (example onboarding of products into billing systems and quote handling systems).

Support the establishment day 2 process development for new products and the integration into existing systems and processes (SLA definition and management, ticketing systems and day 2 support processes) .

Ensure profitability of MEC portfolio by tracking cost and working with BD/sales teams to drive market creation.

Establishing go-to-market structure including pitch decks and working with product marketing to ensure successful take up of IaaS/MEC.

Education and Qualifications - Candidate should hold a degree in relevant areas such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.

Work Experience - 5 or more years of experience in product management in enterprise mobile products or cloud products.

Technical / Professional Skills

• Understanding of mobile technologies and IP networking.
• Experience in cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Singtel internal processes.
• Familiarity with billing, provisioning, and day 2 support;
• Some knowledge in finance, business cases, P&L, and cost management.
• Experience in analytics
