Make an Impact by:

• Contribute, develop and execute product roadmap and strategy. Works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver success outcomes.
• Assess the market and provide useful insights to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Responsible in maintaining customer/market demand forecast and minimize gaps against actual inventory. Develop product plans with team members to prioritise and support customer/market demands.
• Develop business case for new cable investment and upgrades.
• Provide product support in major customer RFPs, and customization to meet customer requirements.
• Establish product pricing relevant to the market, competition and maximize profits / long-term sales.
• Monitors product performance by tracking key indicators such as revenue, cost savings, margin, market share and customer feedback.
• Drive internal processes and business framework to enable core systems for automation.
• Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and tasks, managing dependencies and handoffs effectively and optimizing schedules.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Business, Engineering or other equivalent qualifications.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management experience.
• Broad knowledge in submarine cable business and system design.
• Ability to prioritise under tight time constraints and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to design and conceptualize new product/product enhancements (IT skills not required) in core systems to facilitate automation, where possible.
