Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop mobile handset/device pricing strategies and build device price table for enterprise market:
    • Determine device pricing and ensure pricing is updated per agreed strategy
    • Device website management and accessibility
    • Inform stakeholders of new device launches and go-to-market planning
    • Manage end-to-end process of device management
    • Manage stock obsolescence and over/under stock situation

       

  • Implement monthly and quarterly promotion plans for devices based on sales objectives and furnish financial performances on monthly/quarterly basis

     

  • Influence commercial and go-to-market strategy on device promotion to meet overall mobile business objectives. Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce the brand through sales/marketing activities and follow through implementation
    • Regular engagement with device vendors for joint collaboration and tie-ups
    • Be the point of contact for sales and partner relationships, maintaining a calendar of activities/ promotions and ensuring that this dovetails appropriately with the overall GTM plans

       

  • Responsible to establish processes and business models revolving device management including device care services

     

  • Build robust and considered forward thinking incentive propositions to control overall device cost

     

  • Develop new scheme for enterprise market such as Device Leasing

     

  • Any other activities as and when assigned

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Possess degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering/ Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science. At least 5 years of retail sales, product and marketing of field experience, e-commerce in Telco, SI, mobile handset manufacturers preferred

     

  • Possess good communication and inter-personal skills

     

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words, and knowledge in digital marketing is advantageous

     

  • The ability to engage at all levels with strong negotiation skills in a corporate environment

     

  • Ability to build relationships and navigate across other markets to help best practice and shared success

     

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate this into a robust reporting platform

     

  • Experience of working within and managing both internal and external teams

 

  • A hunger to learn and flourish in a dynamic high pressure environment
