In this role of a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing Telco Managed Services for businesses in Singapore domestic and regional market. You will ensure that operating revenue, product profitability and service quality targets are achieved. 


Key responsibilities of the Manager include:

  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps and determine market segmenting, targeting, and positioning for Managed Services portfolio.
  • Engage partners and work with Engineering, IS and Operations on the development of new / enhanced services features and processes to deliver unique value propositions in Singapore, Australia, and the AP region.
  • Optimize cost structure, product profitability and customer value proposition.
  • Analyze market and competitive information to identify market needs and corresponding product enhancements / development required based on benchmarks / feedbacks including engagement with select customers.
  • Work with Product Marketing to run effective horizontal marketing programs and events to create market awareness and generate sales leads. 
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.


The ideal candidate should be /possess: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/ICT preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in Telco and/or ICT Industry. 
  • Experience in Global Telco / Managed Services Provider / System Integrator / Network Equipment Distributors and knowledge on ITIL is an added advantage.
  • Working and technical knowledge in IP Networking, ICT, Software-Defined and 4G/5G technology. 
  • First-hand experience in developing key product processes pre-sales, post-sales, billing, and workflow systems. 
  • Advanced skills with Excel formulas & data management and MS PowerPoint will be a plus. 
  • Driven and creative individual who can communicate effectively, written and verbally. 
  • Independent and achievement-oriented individual with good analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as interpersonal and people management skills. 
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and growing a portfolio of Managed Services in a Global/Regional provider environment and a keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the Managed Services ICT, Telco and 5G Enterprise market will be an advantage.
