This position is responsible to develop and manage the Managed Service for businesses in Singapore domestic and regional market 

 

The main job responsibilities include :

  • Developing product strategies, roadmaps and determine market segmenting, targeting and positioning for Managed Services portfolio.
  • Establishing and cultivate partnerships with key partners in Managed Services solutions to deliver differentiated managed services with unique value propositions.
  • Engaging partners and work with Engineering, IS and Operations on the development of new services features.
  • Establishing and enhance product processes in Managed Services to ensure the smooth delivery of these services in Singapore, Australia and the AP region.
  • Monitoring product quality against target levels and trigger corrective actions where necessary.
  • Optimizing cost structure, product profitability and customer value.
  • Enhance product features and review pricing to ensure product competitiveness and service quality based on benchmarks/feedbacks.
  • Analyzing market and competitive information to identify market needs and corresponding product enhancements / development required
  • Ensuring availability and timeliness of product information to internal stakeholders as well as provide product training to various stakeholders.
  • Working with Product Marketing to run effective horizontal marketing programs and events to create market awareness and generate sales leads. 
  • Engaging customer for better understanding of market demand and sensing
  • Engaging sales and segments to gain mindshare and drive towards product revenue/drivers targets
  • Performing any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.

 

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Miinmum a  Bachelor’s Degree (Electronics /Computer Science/ICT preferred)    
  • At least 5 years of ICT Industry and has experience with Global Managed Services Provider and Global System Integrator.
  • Working & technical knowledge of Networking, IP/Software-Defined, IT and Cloud technology
  •  Advanced skills with Excel formulas & data management
  • Microsoft PowerPoint design skills
  • Good analytical and critical thinking
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and people management skills
  • Keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the Managed Services ICT market.
  • Achievement and customer oriented.  
  • Independent, creative and with drive.     
  • Have a broad knowledge of the Outsourcing Services especially on Networking, IT and Cloud technology/industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and growing a portfolio of Managed Services in a Global/Regional provider context 
  • First-hand experience in developing key product processes pre-sales, post-sales, billing and workflow systems.    
  • Knowledge on ITIL and Project Management Framework will be a plus
