Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

To develop new innovative product offerings and markets for the Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS), a platform that support enterprise customers to integrate real-time communications to their applications through application programmable interface and connectors to enhance customer engagement as well as improve communication workflows.

- Drive platform and product lifecycle, from conception to launch, along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.

- Conduct due diligence to introduce and productize CPaaS products and services.

- Product Engineering responsible for the architecture of the CPaaS solutions (plan & design the end-to-end infrastructure to ensure high availability, resiliency, secured and with SLA -internal and external).

- Manage all stakeholders (IT, Mobile Network, Fixed Network, partners), timeline and budget.

- Responsible for process documentation, billing, UAT and BRT.

- Partnership engagement (drive & build eco-system stickiness with partners, system integrators and resellers).

- Responsible for market research, competitive analysis, formulate product strategies & roadmap and business case development.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experiences

- An expert practitioner of Agile Product development principles

- Experience in launching digital platforms, products or services from idea to execution

- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and innovation trends

- Knowledge and experience using product management tools

- Experience in user-centered design processes and analysis tools

- Expert in MS Powerpoint and ability to develop professional presentation quickly

- Able to work in effectively in a team and with vendors to communicate requirements effectively
