Join our team as a Product Marketing Associate and play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys that maximize engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.

As a Product Marketing Associate, you’ll develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies that deepen customer engagement at every touchpoint. With your keen understanding of customer behavior and expertise in marketing automation, you’ll create personalized, high-impact experiences at scale. This role is ideal for someone who loves using data to drive marketing decisions and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Make an Impact by

  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well supported and integrated into various downstream systems.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (Eg promotional campaigns, triggered messages, SMS, push notifications) to engage customers across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.

 

Skills for Success

  • Min Degree holder OR Diploma with 5 years of experience
  • Bonus if have experience in lifecycle marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and segmentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and campaign management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Bonus if have experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Bonus if have experience with SMS and push notification marketing.
