Our mission is to make roaming better everyday for our customers. As a key member of the Roaming Product Marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive positive business outcomes for Singtel’s overall Roaming portfolio.

 

The key focus of this role will be on leading new initiatives to drive continued business growth.

 

  • Assist with the formulation of marketing strategies and roadmaps 
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities based on rapidly changing customer behavior and customer pain points. Provides strategic recommendations on offers, promotions and initiatives to capture new customers.
  • Collaborate closely with and lead cross-functional teams to drive successful launches of new initiatives and services, ensuring an amazing customer experience and generating new enterprise value
  • Prepare business performance including tracking of results & contingency planning.

  • Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods
  • Strong commercial experience and judgement – identifying new opportunities in a dynamic market environment and develop competitive insights
  • Customer focused – demonstrate competency in generating sharp consumer insights and building with the customer in mind.
  • Strong analytical ability and knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgets.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate and support cross functional teams and take the lead on new concepts and ideas.
  • Experience taking multiple products from concept to launch.


 Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of experience in B2C markets with a focus of Marketing, Product Development or Sales acquired in Telecommunications/FMCG industry
  • Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgets.
