We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Postpaid Mobile Team (Price plans), driving the core business by ensuring the needs of customers are represented and addressed.

This strategic role owns and supports the core price plan team and ensures the team is kept abreast of the domestic market changes and evolving our polices to be ahead of the curve.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • P&L Responsibility - weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting and analysis on key drivers and product performance, including coordination with other internal departments to ensure data accuracy and robustness
  • Leads and develop the price plan portfolio with a focus on SIM Only, from product strategy, go-to-market, operations and life-cycle management.
  • Benchmarking competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and evolving policies
  • Define and create business process to support stakeholders
  • Owner of mobile price plan policy, terms & conditions for each product, FAQs and empowerment matrix for waivers.
  • Develop business cases for new projects, evaluate cost and revenue cannibalisation.
  • Design effective campaigns with market research insights; craft effective sales pitch tools to enable and activate Sales channels to drive postpaid subscribers acquisition.attachment / penetration rate increasing ARPU.
  • Manage mobile related escalations on product behavior and waiver requests from Sales and Hotlines.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Bussiness / Finance / Economics or other relevant fields
  • 7-9 years of experience in Product Marketing / Product development / Finance
  • Competence in project management, strategic communications and stakeholder management
  • Able to multitask, be able to analyse and identify impactful business outcomes
  • Able to think on their feet, take initiative and can work independently
