We are looking for Product Marketing Manager to join the team. The Manager is a pivotal role focused on identifying and launching relevant new value-added services (both telco and telco-adjacent), scaling adoption within the Singtel Mobile consumer base and ensuring seamless customer experience.

 

Value-Added Services (VAS) Portfolio

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of key VAS offerings, ranging from security, device protection, telco and telco-adjacent services.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, evolving customer needs, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Spearhead the launch and growth of new services, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise product-market fit.
  • Define and refine pricing strategies, promotional frameworks, and service positioning to maximise revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor and interpret key financial and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with P&L targets and business case assumptions.

Skills for Success

 

  1. University Degree in Business Administration
  2. Min 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, business/product development
  3. P&L management skills
  4. Strong analytical skills
  5. Project management skills
  6. Process thinking and shaping customer experience
  7. Good business acumen, able to bring the story behind the numbers
