• Assisting with Marketing operation and processes
• Assisting with Pricing and offer management
• Having the ability in Go to Market Initiatives
• Handling Customer Escalations
• Assisting with Financial/Revenue Management Activities
• Lead revenue driving initiatives end to end
• GTM: Product alignment, Offer creation and management, Business Development
• Financial / Revenue  – Rebates / Incentives, Weekly Competitive Landscapes, MBR
• PM Revenue Management: Current Lifestyle and Accessories portfolio to be expanded to include new product categories / verticals as well as Trade in Offer Management
• Handling Marketing Operations:

• Vendor x Singtel Order Fulfilments
• System Pricing
• Competitive landscape
• Customer escalations

• Handling escalations related to internal and external customer issues, and leading resolutions across different areas of the business and vendors
• Day to day Offer Management and GTM

Skills for Success

• Degree in Business Administration
• Previous Product Management, marketing-related discipline
• Has experience in Pricing and Offer management.
• Has experience in Stakeholder Management
• Good at Visual communication and Problem Solving
• Abel to draw insights from data and present numbers in a digestible format
