The Product Owner, Wanderjoy, is responsible for the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap and delivery of products and platform solutions required by Travel Alliance and supporting Singtel Singapore digital content initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, prioritizing product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions aligning with business objectives and partner needs. The Product Owner owns and drive product enhancements, supports platform integrations, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality solutions that enable ecosystem growth. Accountable for product performance metrics including adoption, engagement, and contribution to business outcomes.
Make an Impact by
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies in alignment with product strategy and defined business outcomes
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams and drive alignment on product direction, priorities, and expected outcomes
- Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria while shaping solution approaches and defining product features to address business problems
- Make timely scope and priority decisions to enable efficient delivery
- Work closely with Agile teams through planning, development, and release cycles
- Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and incorporate feedback
- Ensure delivery of product outcomes that drive measurable business value and customer impact and be accountable for achieving agreed product KPIs
- Responsible for cross-functional integration as well as collaboration with seven or more other operators to support system integration and feature enhancements across all travel alliance members.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in product management
- Proven experience in digital content onboarding and business analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities
