Join our Network Delivery Office, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of multiple initiatives across our Networks division.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic, high-performing self-starter who thrives in complexity and ambiguity. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, providing hands-on coordination, schedule management, detailed reporting and Analytics, and problem-solving support.
You will be in a structured governance environment, putting in place robust project controls and checkpoints, analysing compliance against project delivery standards. You'll be at the centre of keeping projects on track and continuously improving how we work.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and dependencies to keep initiatives on track across the portfolio
- Prepare status reports and documentation for project teams and governance forums, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Support project managers throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery and closure
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and ways of working—then take the initiative to implement solutions
- Maintain and update project management tools and repositories (SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Track actions, risks, and issues, following up with stakeholders to drive resolution
- Support funding coordination and project registration processes, liaising with Finance and other key teams
What You Bring
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, deliver reports and provide clear updates
- Experience working in a PMO or supporting projects across the full project lifecycle
- Strong proficiency in schedule management, project reporting, and project coordination
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail (Executive Assistant backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply)
- Self-starter who takes initiative and proactively identifies and solves problems
- Experience improving processes, initiatives, or ways of working
- Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of project methodologies, frameworks, and tools (Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, JIRA) is desirable
