This role requires the candidate to possess effective communication qualities with the ability to be able to implement and manage the new working model and any other work process improvement projects within Singapore Contact Centre.

This person is also expected to ensure the project is manage with quality and deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting operations requirements.

The selected candidate must be able to work effectively as an individual and also as a team player not only to meet his or her own targets but contribute to the overall goals and objective of Singapore Contact Centre.


The person is expected to perform the below job description to the best of his or her ability.

  • Analyze and document requirements by liaising with stakeholders and the Singapore contact Centre team, drawing together information needs.
  • Establish and prepare project plans, project milestone and deliverables.
  • Manage the implementation of the project on daily basis
  • Escalate and discuss any projects challenges while working on resolutions.
  • Manage integration of various components of the project
  • Manage project activities to ensure timely delivery, identification, monitoring and driving completion of independent activities and adjustment to project schedules to achieve overall completion deadline
  • Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations
  • To take on any task and duty appropriately assigned by his or her superior.



  • Minimum Diploma in any profession with at least 1 year of experience in Project Management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make sound decision
  • Team player and be able to work under pressure
  • Able to motivate others and also able to work comfortably with people
  • Some past experience or skills with reporting numbers and analysing of data.
