Project Coordinator

• Verify fibre resource, equipment availability status
• Latency commitment, special testing, unique billing arrangement, customer request using their existing internal wiring for this provisioning and retain WAN IP, ED / PD, customer request SPOC for all provisioning activities etc.
• Track & Verify accuracy of BCC orders (to be matched with scope, no missing queue).
• Verify handoff interfaces of Local loop and routers
• Check for PO generation to router vendor / OLLC LSP / booking for domestic OLLC
• Produce project tracker in standard format (Delivery register)
• Update planning details in Project schedule via POL
• Ensure customer are brief & ready based on site requirement (by sgoo/lsp or ope or tdtm)
• Ensure access submission & regulatory approval are conducted (by sgoo /lsp or ope or tdtm)
• Ensure site survey, fibre & ont/mux work completion // ensure cpe/sdwan equipment eta, delivery, installation & rms activation
• Update execution details in Project schedule via POL
• Update project tracker
• Ensure configuration details for circuit / equipment are sent to customer
• Resource booking for provisioning window
• Update project tracker
• Ensure post provisioning activities: RMS / equipment uat signoff / commission letter
• Track and follow up all WO closure in Pegasus
• Update closure details in Project schedule via POL
• Update project tracker

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in any ICT equivalent domain.
• Good to have 2 years’ experience of project delivery or coordination.
• Good in MS Excel / MS Word / MS Outlook
