As a Project Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract, you will support the coordination of our Customer First program at Optus. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring meticulous program administration, operational, and governance coordination.
What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of

Coordinate the end-to-end governance framework for the Customer First Program, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with enterprise risk and compliance standards.

Drive standardisation of program documentation, communications, and reporting to uplift program maturity and ensure repeatable ways of working.

Manage the scheduling and facilitation of key program forums, including preparation of agendas, pre-reads, minutes, actions, presentations and decision logs.

Develop and manage internal program communications, acting as a central coordination point across all project areas to ensure timely delivery of actions and inputs.
What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?

Proven experience managing governance forums, program reporting, and structured document control.

Hands-on experience with PMO/PPM tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI, and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outstanding results.

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude that seeks to resolve challenges.
