Join us and create your own success story by making a difference at many levels. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has proven track record to take on leadership position as Project Director, Project Leadership for our Engineering service organisation.

Position summary:

As a Project Director, Project Leadership, you will lead the project delivery management of all projects under the assigned customers and ensure that the quality, customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability targets are achieved for the delivery centres. Aside, you will also need to manage the staffing and developing of the skills of delivery resources to ensure that qualified resources are in place to meet project requirements.

It is important that you review the project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute and complete), project schedules, quality plans, budgets and provide risk management plans. In addition, you are to manage issues arising out of scope definition, address the variance gaps and project management progress - integration of various components of the project including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, application development, migration and data conversion etc.


In managing customer’s experience, you need to effectively engage the respective stakeholders in project decisions, execution and anticipating customers’ expectation to build the long-term customer relationships.


The ideal profile should have / be:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of project management experience
  • Proven track record in assuming overall responsibilities and managing large scale projects in both the government and commercial sectors. In-depth knowledge and appreciation of the industries’ vertical will be a distinct advantage

  • Mature people management skills, budget management and experience in building teams
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Works well in multicultural workplace
  • Strong collaboration and teaming experience, and ability to work with both senior leadership as well as operational and working level executives.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of dealing with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast moving organisation with constant transformation to stay market relevant.
