Project Executive, Biz Delivery Support

Project Admin shall be responsible for the general administration and smooth running of a project office. You will assist the project manager to implement PMO procedures during the project life cycle and monitor project performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with regular reporting on project status
  • Initiate, organise and attend project meetings and ensure project teams are kept fully informed about project progress, tasks and involvement
  • Able to do end to end financial and payment tracking for assigned applications in Systems Family
  • Able to generate the monthly progress and status financial and payment tracking report
  • Verify operational data to prepare monthly SLA reports
  • Prepare monthly SLA and service reports
  • Collate vulnerability alerts from various sources to trigger to O&S team for vulnerability assessment
  • Able to track the expiry certificates, software licenses, etc
  • Able to assist during major incident process
  • Able to capture minutes of meeting accurately and provide on time
  • Able to schedule meetings
  • Able to work with Authority to submit G50 clearance for SMOs, track G50 expiry and provide  trigger timely renewal
  • Able to assist in documentation and  file documents for preparation for future audit
  • Able to generate operational and management reports
  • Able to provide end to end for project support from time to time.  Projects  customer satisfaction survey, obsolescence tracking, etc
  • Able to provide adhoc support when required

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • GCE 'A' level, Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high quality standards
