Position Summary

The project executive will support various business units in Singtel to manage the delivery of capabilities enhancements including internal and external stakeholders’ management.

The role will work in partnership with Business and Product Owners end­-to-­end; from initial concept explorations through to launch and beyond, to ensure the capabilities enhancements (Singtel's Digital touchpoints) are delivered with high level of quality control through testing.

It is expected that this role will support the Director of Digital Capability Delivery through Senior Manager of Digital Capability Delivery to deliver maximum value and results across various projects and will be accountable for overall capabilities delivery to Business Partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of business drivers as well as operation buy flows and fulfilment of online products
  • Analyse and lead the market & technology trends and provide recommendations
  • Act as key interface between IT and business for product/scheme configurations for online products
  • Lead and offer guidance to Quality team (UAT team) to better control  project quality
  • Track project budget/timelines and monitor resources deployed for projects including post-commissioned
  • Continuously work on BAU changes and enhancements to promote online adoption (Including sales and self-help) and engage 3rd party vendors/partners to develop new business opportunities
  • Effectively represent digital capability delivery in key end to end projects covering both BAU projects as well as strategic projects
  • Cross functional collaboration with Online Operations/Marketing teams to deliver product launches
  • Cross functional collaboration with digital experience teams to deliver the end to end digital sales & service experience
  • Plan, organize, monitor and control all aspects of projects to achieve the objectives
  • Anticipate and call out issues, drive for issues resolution
  • Effective management of risk associated with online platform and escalation of issues with minimal impact to the platform usability
  • Management of project requirements analysis and documentation process.



  • Min. Degree/Diploma holder in IT/Project Management
  • A minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience supporting online systems and quality assurance through testing
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in ecommerce environment
  • Experience leading a client facing project from start to finish
  • Experience with MS office suite of software including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Projects, Visio
  • Experience with J2EE, websphere, SQL, HTML, javascript, CSS and AEM
  • Certification in PMP, CITPM, Prince2, PMI-ACP is a plus
