 As a Project Manager (Engineering), you will be stationed at the customer's office, working under the supervision and guidance of the customer team. The Project Manager will also act as the leader for NCS team members seconded to the customer, overseeing their work for the project assignment.

 

What will you do? 

  • Lead projects to refresh technology assets every 3 to 5 years, depending on asset lifespan, ensuring systems stay up-to-date.
  • Capable of understanding and clearly articulating the customer’s needs to ensure alignment between project goals and customer expectations.
  • Manage ad-hoc replacement of hardware and software components to maintain system functionality and security.
  • Oversee projects that focus on security enhancements and system integration to improve the overall protection of infrastructure.
  • Lead and coordinate projects involving the migration of services and infrastructure to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Actively monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with approved resources.
  • Managing cybersecurity activities, including conducting audits, ICT assessments, and Threat Risk Assessments to mitigate risks.
  • Support the planning and implementation of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategies to ensure system resilience.
  • Provide expertise in managing ongoing operations, service management, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline team operations and address knowledge gaps caused by attrition.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the project's success and meet customer requirements.


The ideal candidate should possess: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in project management, with experience leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Experience with service and system management, as well as infrastructure and security project leadership.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project budget monitoring and procurement processes.
