Key responsibilities:

 

Project & programme management

  • Manage the Workforce Transformation track plan (workstreams, milestones, resource plan, budget tracking), in collaboration with the Transformation Office and other value-pool leads.
  • Create and maintain integrated schedules, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers, and consolidation of progress across business value pools.
  • Deliver high-quality project artefacts (status reports, month-end dashboards, decision packs, meeting minutes).
  • Build and maintain project dashboards and scorecards (using M365 tools) to provide transparent and timely metrics to leadership and programme office.

 

Governance & risk

  • Prepare materials and facilitate weekly project forums and monthly SteerCo/Executive Steering meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, slide decks, actions and decision logs.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues; own mitigation tracking and provide recommended escalation paths.
  • Ensure compliance with Transformation Office governance and risk frameworks.

 

Workforce & job redesign programme delivery

  • Support the delivery of job redesign activities across impacted functions, including task analysis, role redefinition, skills mapping, role clustering, and career pathway design using task and skills frameworks.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Learning, Talent and business leads on redeployment, reskilling/upskilling programmes and role reallocation.
  • Monitor and report workforce KPIs such as skills readiness, adoption levels, percentage of roles redesigned, redeployment versus attrition and training completion.

 

Stakeholder engagement & communications

  • Manage cross-functional communication between business unit, Transformation, AI, HR, and consultants to ensure alignment across the Workforce Transformation programme.
  • Draft and execute communications (SteerCo decks, project updates, FAQs) in alignment with the transformation narrative.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, impact assessments, and consultation sessions as required.

 

Procurement & vendor management

  • Support RFP and vendor procurement activities for the Workforce Transformation track, including developing requirements and SOWs, coordinating tender processes, evaluating proposals, conducting due diligence, and partnering with Procurement and Legal on contract negotiations and vendor onboarding.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

  • Educated to degree level, and iHRP certification is preferred.
  • Over 6 years of project management, PMO, and workforce transformation delivery experience in large, matrixed organisations, combined with a solid consulting or HR background.
  • Experience in AI / digital transformations or knowledge of how AI augments work.
  • Proven experience in running governance forums and preparing/hosting SteerCo or executive-level meetings.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, with experience partnering with HRBPs, business leaders, and external consultants.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear executive summaries, decision papers, and employee communications.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using dashboards and reporting tools (Excel/ Power BI / Tableau) to support data-driven decision making.
  • Solid risk & issue management skills, complemented by strong attention to detail.
