What we seek to accomplish together:

• Plan, organize and deliver all project deliverables within stipulated project schedule and approved project budget
• Manage and coordinate project activities throughout project life cycle
• Responsible for project P&L
• Conduct monthly financial forecasting and month-end financial reporting
• Single point of contact for all project related matters from internal and external parties including clients, government agencies, vendors and all stakeholders in the project
• Work closely with clients in managing project schedule, project scope / deliverables, project budget and project activities.
• Maintain good working relationship with clients
• Plan, recruit and guide the manpower resources for the project. Assign tasks to resources and track the resources’ progress
• Conduct daily scrum to track the progress of project activities in accordance with project plan and schedule. Assist the team to resolve the problems encountered in technical, operations and business aspect.
• Provide management reporting on the project in ad hoc and regular basis
• Attend and present project related matters in the Project Progress meeting on regular basis

A little about you:

• Successfully managed and delivered at least 3 projects with complete end-to-end project life cycle.
• Functional or technical knowledge of Microsoft products such as M365, Dynamics (e.g., CRM, Commerce, FO), SharePoint, Power Platform, will be an added advantage.
• Good planning, organization, coordination, tracking and reporting skill for project activities.
• Good communication and people management skills. Able to clearly present the ideas; and maintain good working relationship with clients, external parties, peers and team members.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in running Agile delivery for projects and agile Scrum certification will be an added advantage.
