Join our Network Delivery Office as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and governing projects that shape the future of our network. You’ll be based in Macquarie Park and work across multiple work streams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

Your day to day will consist of

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks and standards.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage change requests.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors to meet delivery objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate project reporting to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks and templates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and escalation protocols.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including tender documentation and solution scoping.
  • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and share insights with Sales and Presales teams.

 

 

What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in network delivery in Telco, infrastructure or utility environments.
  • Project Management certification (PMI, PMBoK, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and forward-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing abilities; able to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating multiple collaborators and vendors in high-complexity environments.
  • Proficiency in project management governance, frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
