Make an Impact by:

  • Quality Assurance

    • Perform monthly audits and assessment with the aim of identifying the drivers for improvement and maintain a high standard of quality.
    • Provide regular feedback on the customer feedback and insights.
    • Conduct monthly briefing session with Operations to share areas of improvement.
  • Process Improvement

    • To map and update the end-to-end field delivery and customer related flow and processes. This includes the checklist, key communication and acceptance criteria.
    • Track and monitor the implemented solutions to evaluate effectiveness and recommend adjustments where necessary.
    • Collect, analyse and present data to demonstrate the impact of solutions recommended and implemented.
  • Training and Development

    • Conduct domain, system knowledge and soft skills training programs for Field Engineers.
    • Develop and update content in training manuals, presentations, handouts, assessments and learning videos.
    • Perform pre and post training activities (e.g. monthly/quarterly quiz, personal grooming and scripts, managing customer experience).
  • Training Administration

    • Handle training enquiries from public, in-house staff and partners.
    • Manage training schedule and course payment administration.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering stand up classroom training in any industry.
  • Effective presentation, training delivery and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
  • Available to work non-office hours for network incident support and restoration.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
