In this role, you are responsible to implementing quality assurance metrics and processes to achieve business goals. The Specialist will partner operations, business, and cross functional teams to improve sales performance. You are required to monitor, manage, and maintain stakeholders’ compliance, adherence and productivity metrices.

 

  Make an Impact by:

 

  • Implement process and framework to ensure completion of all quality audits for Telesales/Sales Chats.
  • Manage audits insights to improve customer experience score and sales performance. 
  • Facilitate Quality Assurance calibration sessions with stakeholders, to drive quality mindset and improvement plans. 
  • Participate in outsourced calibration sessions and provide alignment to the quality mindset and standards. 
  • Maintaining sustenance to the Quality Assurance framework for new hires.

 

Skills for Success: 

 

  • Diploma or Degree  holder in education course or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service role.
  • Experience in training and quality audits is an advantage. 
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Good business writing and presentation skill. 
  • Good experience in coordination skills.
