Make an Impact by 

• Supporting the maintenance and daily operations of Singtel’s National Quantum Safe Network+ (NQSN+).
• Assisting with regular preventive maintenance and contributing to network expansions, upgrades, and new infrastructure rollouts involving routers, switches, firewalls, virtual machines, containers, and monitoring systems.
• Collaborating with engineering teams on future implementations, node deployments, and technical support tasks.
• Contributing to presales activities such as preparing materials for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Troubleshooting network issues, monitoring and analysing NQSN+ performance, and supporting proactive measures—such as software or hardware updates—to enhance network reliability.
• Preparing performance reports and working with stakeholders to recommend actions that prevent potential performance-related incidents.

Skills for Success

• A degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including routers, switches, firewalls, and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in advanced networking and quantum-safe technologies.
