Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops; work with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility as well as document business requirements, processes and work instructions.
  • Implement automation within RPA software to deliver against business requirements, software and industry best practices.
  • Carry out end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and training of robots and programmed automations.  Support and drive change management of existing processes.
  • Ensure quality of RPA codes and provide second and third level RPA technical support within RPA Team.
  • Responsible to do process deployment upon Manager’s approval & configure robots in production environment.



  • Tertiary education in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline.
  • RPA Tools certifications (UiPath, LEO, AA, BluePrism)
  • At least 3-5 years of process analysis and requirements gathering or programming background.
  • Possess database design skills.
