The Singtel Group is Asia's leading communications group providing a diverse range of services including fixed, mobile, data, internet, TV, infocomms technology (ICT) and digital solutions. The successful applicant will be joining Group IT as a Senior Solution Designer in Singapore. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Thinker and delivery CRM Solutions for projects and BAU enhancements
  • Manage Change reviews and adhere to ITIL processes for the defects and changes delivered by IT Partner Suppliers.
  • Manage Business Stakeholders on the Solution time line and delivery.
  • Work with Project Managers and seamlessly facilitate Solution Delivery.
  • Work with peer Solution Designers team and walk with the team for any successful IT Delivery.
  • Identify Key Integrations and work with Integration Platform teams.


The ideal candidate should have: 

  • 6 to 8 years of CRM experience 
  • Mandatory – CRM 
  • Mandatory – Agile Skills
  • Mandatory – Use of DevOps
  • Mandatory – Microservices Knowledge  
  • Great Team Player.
  • Fluent in English
  • Capable of presenting Solutions to Senior Management
