Singtel’s Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics team, AIDA, is growing its team of AI, data and cybersecurity and technology professionals.

We are inviting experienced professionals to register their interest in current and upcoming opportunities across our five AI pillars. This is a single application for candidates who would like to explore where their experience, skills and interests may fit within AIDA.

Build the trusted, reusable data foundations and knowledge systems needed to support enterprise AI.

• Data governance and quality
• Agent memory and retrieval systems
• Data platforms and pipelines

3. Central AI Platform & Operations

Develop and operate secure, scalable enterprise platforms that enable teams to build and deploy AI effectively.

• Enterprise AI and machine-learning platforms
• Cloud and platform engineering
• AI architecture and technical governance
• MLOps, deployment and automation
• Platform reliability and operations
• Network, infrastructure and security engineering

4. AI & Agent Operations

Help ensure that AI and agent-based systems perform reliably, responsibly and effectively in production.

• Instrumentation and observability
• Production monitoring
• Incident and problem management

5. AI Lab & Innovation

Explore emerging technologies and turn promising ideas into prototypes, experiments and future-ready solutions.

• Innovation programme development
