We are looking for a passionate and driven Retail Manager to assist the Business Manager
Make an Impact by
Sales Planning and Performance Management
- Manpower Planning: Roster staff according to projected Peak and Non-Peak traffic, ensuring adequate capacity on sales floor
- Sales Management: Track store performance, identify gaps and recommend actions to improve results
- Execute in-store sales incentive programme including information dissemination, performance tracking and incentive distribution
- Performance Coaching: Individual and team coaching for front liners to improve Sales and CE performance
- Gather and escalate customer / frontline insights to relevant teams for sales process, CE and promo enhancements
Store Operations
- Accountable for achieving daily sales target and ensuring smooth operations
- Upkeep with updated information and brief staff accordingly
- Lead, motivate and mentor team in achieving top performance, service standards, productivity and efficiency
- Create the right culture, role modelling new digital ways of working and leadership behaviours
- Serve as Tech advisor – SPOC for all technical product knowledge
- Lead, train and mentor staff on technical services and products
- Support sales operations across retail shops, events and other assigned sales channels
Customer Experience
- Ensuring an excellent level of customer service through regular assessment, coaching and follow-up with team
- Maintains visibility and leads by example on the selling floor to answer customer questions and support all selling functions
- Implements all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, overall cleanliness and store organisation
- Handle customer escalations and service recovery within empowerment guidelines
Inventory Management
- Monitor sales performance and ensure effective stock management
- Zero stock discrepancy
Operational Effectiveness
- Complies with all company policies & procedures
- Execute store process improvement
- Shows professionalism and always demonstrates Company values
- Ensure compliance with operational controls, SOPs and audit requirements
Skills for Success
- ‘N’ Level and above
- At least 5-10 years of sales experience in physical Telco retail stores
- Intermediate-level Sales Team management skills
- Basic-level Sales and Business Acumen
- Intermediate-level organizational skills
- Basic-level Financial Management
- Intermediate-level Merchandising and Visual presentation
- Basic-Level Data analysis and reporting skills
- Basic-level inventory management skills
