You will support the development of engaging in-store communications, work on visual merchandising initiatives, and help ensure campaigns are executed consistently across all touchpoints. Retail Marketing & Communications

  • Support the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns and marketing communications, aligning in-store initiatives with broader business and sales objectives
  • Drive coordination of campaign rollouts across retail touchpoints to ensure consistent and effective execution
  • Adapt and localise marketing communications to suit different store formats and customer segments
  • Partner with the design team to develop impactful marketing collaterals that strengthen brand presence and messaging
  • Evaluate campaign performance using data and customer insights, and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and conversion

 

Retail Visual Merchandising

  • Support the development of visual merchandising strategies that enhance customer experience and reinforce brand identity in-store
  • Optimize store layouts and displays across formats to improve engagement and sales performance
  • Conduct store visits to assess execution quality and identify opportunities to elevate VM standards
  • Monitor VM performance and contribute ideas to continuously improve store presentation

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure retail execution aligns with overall campaign strategy
  • Work closely with designers to translate marketing concepts into effective in-store assets
  • Partner with sales teams to drive strong on-ground execution and feedback loops from stores
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, mass communications or related field
  • Strong foundation in marketing communications, with an understanding of brand guidelines and messaging consistency
  • Keen eye for detail, particularly in ensuring accuracy and quality across marketing content and visual executions
  • Good project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines concurrently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
