Make an Impact by

  • Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about the store's products, services, and promotions.
  • Assisting customers with their shopping needs, offering recommendations, and providing personalized assistance to ensure a positive and tailored experience.
  • Managing appointments, reservations, and special requests for services or events offered within the store, such as personal shopping or product demonstrations.
  • Addressing customer concerns, complaints, or issues, and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guiding customers to different areas or departments within the store and assisting with finding specific products or services.
  • Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Providing gift wrapping and packaging services for customer purchases, ensuring a professional and presentable presentation.
  • Actively seeking and collecting customer feedback, suggestions, and reviews to improve the store's operations and customer experience.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising tasks, such as arranging displays or setting up promotional materials, to enhance the overall store aesthetics.
  • Technically savvy and passionate about consumer electronics and customer lifestyle products
  • Create customer excitement in lifestyle products
  • Assisting customers on MSTA onboarding
  • Demonstrate MSTA features
  • Promote in-store Self-Serve Capabilities (Self-Serve Kiosk)
  • Promote other digital touchpoints (Web-chat)

 

Skills for Success

  • ‘N’ Level and above
  • At least 2-3 years of sales or service experience in physical retail stores
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate-level product knowledge 
  • Basic selling and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate-level technology and digital literacy
  • Basic product presentation and demonstration skills
  • Bonus if have experience in using Point-of-Sales Systems and Inventory Management Software
