The Role

As a Service Specialist, you’ll a customer service guru instore for Optus, part of the Singtel group, an established market leader with strong market brand recognition in Australia and overseas with access to competitive and unique range of quality products and services.

As a Service Specialist you will deliver a world class customer experience. You’ll be dedicated to finding the best solutions for our customers, surpass expectations with your can-do attitude and ability to resolve complaints ranging from the straight forward to complex.

This role will be a key advocate of new technology and be a true customer service champion that will coach and drive customer excellence instore focused on a first contact resolution.
