Are you a skilled negotiator with a passion for global connectivity? Join Singtel and play a pivotal role in shaping our international roaming strategy!

In this role, you will lead strategic collaborations with roaming operators across Asia and Africa. From negotiating competitive rates to driving innovative partnerships, your work will ensure seamless roaming experiences for our customers while optimizing financial outcomes for Singtel.

Make an Impact by

• Manage roaming commercial development with roaming operators in Asia & Africa including negotiating wholesale rate, develop business case, prepare contract and monitor traffic so as to maximize net payment position.
• Support settlement of respective discounted inter-operator arrangement.
• Support implementation of discounted inter-operator tariff in billing system & accrual platform.
• Support in month end closing accrual in discounted inter-operator contract.
• Monthly Performance evaluation of respective discounted inter-operator contract.
• Attend GSMA conference and Alliance Meetings to engage roaming partners for roaming partnership & product development.

Skills for Success

• Min Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Bonus if have some working experience in Marketing, Accounting, or Commercial Development
• Comfortable with numbers
• People-oriented and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Entry level graduates are welcome to apply
