We are looking for a passionate and driven Roaming Product Development Manager to drive roaming growth by shaping strategic initiatives, enhancing partner collaborations, and delivering seamless connectivity experiences for customers worldwide. Collaborate across teams and with international roaming partners to develop innovative roaming products, optimize operations, and support revenue growth through impactful industry engagement.

Make an Impact by  

• Assist in devising strategic planning of roaming business which include develop, implement, and manage comprehensive strategic plans to support long term plans and objectives.
• Drive roaming initiatives and projects to support roaming revenue generation.
• Support roaming operations to ensure seamless roaming connectivity and customer satisfaction.
• Support implementation of discounted inter-operator tariff in billing system.
• Establish and manage relationships with roaming partners worldwide to expand roaming coverage
• Work closely with network, marketing, customer support, billing teams to ensure product success
• Attend GSMA conference and Alliance Meetings to engage roaming partners for roaming partnership & product development.

Skills for Success  

• University Degree on Telecommunications Business, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years working experience in Network or IT
• At least 5 years of working experience in Product Development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
